QUESTION: What local cities broadcast their council meetings either on Cable television or the Internet?

ANSWER: Cities of Monterey Park, Alhambra and Rosemead all broadcast their meetings over the Internet on their city websites. Monterey Park and Rosemead stream the meetings live and archives them so that you can go back and see previous meetings.

Alhambra does not broadcast their meetings live over the interenet so you have to wait a couple of days to see them.

Rosemead and Monterey Park let you select the agenda item you are interested in for viewing. Alhambra requires you to either sit through the entire council meeting or carefully move the status bar at the bottom of the page.

Only Monterey Park broadcasts their meetings over the city's TV Station called MPK-TV which is located on Channel 3 for Charter customers.

To see their meetings go to their city websites and find the broadcast button.

For Monterey Park it is www.ci.monterey-park.ca.us.

For Alhambra go to www.cityofalhambra.org.

For Rosemead go to www.cityofrosemead.org.
